Jordan Williams
Jordan Williams is a Vice President with Strom Commercial Real Estate. Since starting in 2005, Jordan has focused primarily on the Downtown and Uptown office and retail markets. Jordan also has extensive experience working in the Mission Valley, UTC, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, and Sorrento Valley markets.
A few of Jordan’s Downtown projects include the leasing of the Fletcher Building at 624 Broadway (35,000 sq ft), the Spreckels Building at 121 Broadway (110,400 sq ft), the Royster Building at 419 West G Street (8,583 sq ft), The Olde Cracker Factory at 448 W. Market (24,872 sq ft), the McClintock Building at 1202 Kettner (61,000 sq ft), and the Torbati Building at 625 Broadway (223,000 sq ft).
Jordan also specializes in tenant representation from 1,000 to 25,000 square feet, ranging from law offices and technology firms to fitness studios and art galleries. Prior to working in commercial real estate for Strom Commercial, Jordan has worked in advertising, commercial insurance, and technology sales. Born and raised on the East Coast, Jordan graduated with Honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2013, Jordan was one of only six San Diego brokers recognized with the prestigious distinction of Broker of the Year by the Irvine Company.
Jordan is active within the San Diego community and sits on the Board of Directors of the Travelers Aid Society of San Diego, a non-profit organization assisting the less fortunate and domestic violence victims.
Jordan has made San Diego his home now for the past twelve years, enjoying the great surfing, boating, and golf San Diego offers.
