Strom Commercial was hired by Champion Development in 2008 to provide Leasing/Consulting services for 100-year-old Colonel Fletcher Building. We were able to bring the property from 0 to 65% occupancy.
After the property went back to Chinatrust, the lender, our company was hired to sell the property and provide marketing package and services which resulted in multiple offers and sale of the property to Kearny Real Estate. We were hired by Kearny Real Estate to lease the building, going on to achieve 100% occupancy in a recession market.
The building was sold to an investor, and Strom has negotiated new leases and renegotiated deals to keep existing tenants in place to date.

Strom Commercial was hired by Bob Sinclair to be the exclusive listing broker as the property portfolio became 50% vacant. Within 16 months achieved 100% occupancy in all properties at market rents.
1227 J Street property was sold to an investor, who then hired Strom as an exclusive leasing agent and leased to 100% occupancy in 6 months.
Strom Commercial currently manages all properties and has maintained tenants at 100% occupancy.
Provided tenant representation services to local entity which hosts San Diego’s largest convention. In their search for creative cost effective space we created a competitive environment with multiple offers from several Landlords, achieving a deal that benefits the tenant and exceeded their expectations for both the creative and financial aspects.
