Jack Kirk

Jack Kirk is Vice President with Strom Commercial. He applies his entrepreneurial background as a previous owner of two successful companies with an understanding of finance, inventory, management, and forecasting to create an unparalleled understanding of corporate real estate from the end-user perspective.

Jack brings client financial objectives in-line with facilities and operations, in turn transforming a company’s second-largest expense, rent/real estate, into a lever that can be used to reduce risk, and maximize profitability while maintaining an individual corporate image. Jack spent several years specializing in Tenant Representation, which provided an in-depth understanding of the tenant’s outlook and varied business philosophies within an ever-changing market. He also oversees and facilitates Property Management responsibilities for Strom Commercial. Within Property Management he works with building tenants directly, processes & tracks bookkeeping records and expedite building upkeep. Jack’s experience and market knowledge make him a valuable asset in real estate transactions.
Currently, Jack enjoys working on all real estate related transactions including Investment and Owner User Sale and Purchases, Tenant Representation, Owner Representation, and Commercial Property Management with fine attention to client experience and uncompromised quality.

Before joining Strom Commercial, Jack studied finance and psychology, with an emphasis in accounting. He has participated in the Downtown San Diego Relay for Life for several years, volunteering time and efforts towards the fight against cancer. Jack also volunteers on the board of Operation Game On, a foundation that provides golf rehabilitation programs for returning wounded war veterans. At home, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife Liz, their two young kids, and the family pup, Brody. On a good weekend, you may find Jack on the golf course, running with Brody, or sneaking away with Liz to enjoy craft cuisine and cocktails at one of San Diego’s many fantastic fine dining establishments.
