Strom Commercial was hired by the Frost Family in 2008 to provide Leasing/Consulting services for 100-year-old Cracker Factory Building. We were able to bring the property from 30% to 100% occupancy.

After the property went through a complete seismic retrofit and refurbishment our company was hired to lease the property, design a marketing package and provide leasing services which resulted in multiple tenant signed leases and 100% occupancy.

We have relet 70% of the spaces over 18 years and continue to keep full occupancy in a market with 35% vacancy.

Strom Commercial was hired by Bob Sinclair to be the exclusive listing broker as the property portfolio became 50% vacant. Within 16 months achieved 100% occupancy in all properties at market rents.

1227 J Street property was sold to an investor, who then hired Strom as an exclusive leasing agent and leased to 100% occupancy in 6 months.

Strom Commercial currently manages all properties and has maintained tenants at 100% occupancy.
