Nate Benedetto has a personal relationship with most of the retailers and restaurateurs downtown and in the surrounding communities. His knowledge of the street retail market in San Diego is very strong.  Nate also understands what creative clients are looking for in an office. He has been able to find unique spaces for architects, design firms and marketing agencies in San Diego’s best neighborhoods.

Nate combines years of finance, management, and marketing experience to bring a wide skill set to the Strom team. Originally from Chicago, Nate received his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Indiana University in 1998.

Recently Nate has launched a media firm and guide to San Diego called URBANIST (www.urbanistguide.com). His publication keeps him at the forefront of retail, restaurant and nightlife trends and provides him insider knowledge of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown.
